Skeptical about remote onboarding? Think again.

The need for having a strong digital software backbone for your organization has never been more evident than in these troubling times. We have agencies coming to us for assistance in their decision to become digital and paperless. One of the first questions they ask is whether or not we can conduct the entire implementation and onboarding process online since movement is still quite restricted due to the pandemic. We thought we’d write a short post about it to share our process.

Adoption will not come to a halt. In fact, we’ve shifted our entire onboarding process to be remote, online, and hassle-free.

Our customer success teams are busy supporting the implementation of new agencies so that they can get onto the iCM system and fully digitize their organizations. We’ve altered our methodology to better suit social distancing measures recommended by the states. As such, we’re now deploying the software, customizing it for specific use-cases, and providing training sessions – all remotely.

Onboarding is a series of steps and resources that will help you incorporate iCM into your team’s regular routine as easily as possible. It ensures that you can learn how to utilize the right features at the right time. We take pride in the fact that all of our implementation, customizations, and training is offered free of cost.
